Common Android phones issues and how to fix them

These are quick fixes for some of the most common problems in Android device.

Been honest, our smartphones aren’t perfect. When they have battery drain, are slow, won’t power on, or have issues connecting to the Internet.

Battery drain

Many users have reported problems with the battery life of their phones. One of the most easy ways to extend your phone’s battery is to change your brightness settings and locations.
>Settings menu > Location > battery-saving mode. Brightness, avoid using auto-brightness and turn your screen down somewhere below half, or to a level that is acceptable for your eyes.

User interface : Frozen and slow

Smartphones typically begin to slow down as their internal storage is full. Try deleting unused applications, videos and photos, or move to the cloud or a SD card. also, you should close open applications that you are no using, delete application cache, and limit the use of live wallpapers.

Connectivity issues

If you have are having problems to connect via Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, or cellular network, we suggest to enable Airplane mode for 40 seconds, Turn off, and try connecting again. Sometimes simply toggling the connection can also fix the problem.

Phone Overheating

Some Androids phones, can get really warm. Try not to use your smartphone while charging and don’t use high CPU-sucking applications. If it starts getting hot, give your smartphone a break.

App crashes

Applications can crash for many reasons. Is there an update available for either the application or your smartphone? If so, install it. If not, force close the application by swiping it away in the multitask menu and then reopen it.

Unresponsive screen

You may want to throw your smartphone against the wall when it begins to malfunction, stop don’t be panic. Most problems are solved with a simple restart. Although if you physically damaged your smartphone or dropped it in water, you may have a bigger problem.

Too many contacts

Hate that your smartphone save every single person you’ve emailed though Gmail one of your smartphone contacts? Go to Settings > Account > Google. Toggle off the Contact option. Now your Gmail contacts won’t sync with your smartphone.

If your kids use to play with your smartphone and end up buying applications or in-game items, there’s a basic solution. Go to the Google Play store, click on the three lines at the upper left-hand side of the screen to open the menu and tap on Settings. click the box for fingerprint authentication and choose For all purchases through Google Play on this phone. With this setup, your fingerprint will be mandatory to make any purchases through Google Play.
